Can I submit more than one request at once?

You can submit as many Tokens as you have available in a given month. It’s smart to plan ahead on how you will use your tokens. If you are submitting multiple Tokens at once, you must fill out the form one at a time.

When does my token count reset?

On the first of every month.

Do my Tokens count before or after my request is complete?

Once you fill out a request form, that is the moment your token is redeemed. That means that as soon as you click 'submit' on your request, that counts as one token towards your monthly limit

How difficult is it to submit a creative request?

We had a team-member speed run our custom request form and they were able to fill out every box of our online form in 16.3 seconds. Welcome to requests the easy way

What if we need revisions?

As you will learn, Tokens can redeemed for a number of things. If you don't love the way one of our designs turned out or you want to create multiple options for a project, simply redeem another token to receive a full round of revisions (which can include as many edits as you need)

Do my tokens roll over from month to month?

On monthly plans, tokens reset each month. However, if you choose a yearly plan, your tokens will roll over each quarter, so you never lose unused ones.
